We conducted a comprehensive brand audit for LEGO using the BLIP model—Building, Leveraging, Identifying & Measuring, and Protecting—and analyzed consumer perceptions through a survey with 174 responses. Our findings highlighted LEGO’s strengths in fostering creativity, innovation, and emotional connections across diverse segments. We also identified opportunities to improve affordability through customizable add-ons and enhance marketing collaborations by leveraging partnerships and CSR initiatives to deepen consumer engagement.
